The National Malaria Control Programme is responsible for formulating the National strategy for malaria control in the country. The Anti Malaria Campaign comes under the purview of the Ministry of Health of the Government of Sri Lanka. The Anti Malaria Campaign is headed by Director who is responsible to the Deputy Director General (Public Health Services) of the Ministry of Health.
