Attributes of Graduates of SLIIT
A SLIIT graduate will:

(a) have in-depth knowledge
(b) communicate effectively
(c) retrieve, analyze and assimilate information
(d) think critically, creatively and reflectively
(e) be ethically and socially aware, and conduct oneself with professionalism
(f) use technologies appropriately
(g) work both autonomously and collaboratively
(h) demonstrate global citizenship

The attributes specified above enable the graduates of SLIIT to excel in their career and generate a skillful workforce to best serve the nation and beyond. The Graduate attributes complement to the core competencies specified in Sri Lanka Qualifications Framework. The development of these attributes will be explicitly focused in the curricular.
